Photostory: Up In The Attic!!!

Hi! Here's the photostory I promised!

Up In The Attic!!!

One day, Kit had a great idea!
Kit: Hey girls, lets go explore the attic!
Crissy: Um...well, I'm not so sure that's such a good idea.
Crystal: I think it's a great idea!
Abby: Yeah!
Kit: Why don't you want to Crissy?
Crissy: Cause there's spiders up there! And there might even be...
Abby: What?
Crissy: GHOSTS!
Crystal: Don't be silly, there's no such thing!

So up they went to the attic!

Kit: Look at this place! It's awesome!
Crissy: Um...guys?
Crystal: Hey, where's Abby?
Crissy: Guys?
Kit: I don't know, she must have gone exploring on her own.
Crissy: GUYS!
Kit and Crystal: WHAT?

Crissy: THERE'S A SPIDER, THAT'S WHAT!!!!

Kit: Crissy, it's just a little spider, it can't hurt you!
Crissy: Well it's scary!
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
All: AAAAAAAAAAAAAH! WHAT WAS THAT?
Crystal: It's a ghost!

Abby: Ha! You guys are such scaredy-cats! Check out this outfit I found!

Kit: ABBY!
Crissy: You meanie! You scared me half to death!
Crystal: Come on guys, it was just a practical joke. I didn't think it was a real ghost!
Abby: Yes you did! You said "It's a ghost!"
Crystal: Well...it did scare me just a little bit I guess...

Abby: Well anyway, I gotta go change out of this! I don't want it to get all dusty while I'm exploring!

Abby: Hey guys! Look at this dress!
Kit: Wow!
Crystal: That looks so nice!
Crissy: Yeah!

Abby: Thanks guys!

Kit: Come on Abby, help me get this quilt off this trunk!
Abby: Ok! I wonder what treasures are inside the trunk!

Crissy: Wow! What a gorgeous quilt! I'm going to keep it!

Crystal: You guys are crazy, there's no treasure in that old trunk. Probably just some beat-up clothes. You should come look at these old books!

Kit: WHOA!

Abby: LOOK AT ALL THOSE OLD CLOTHES!!!
Crissy: OH MY GOODNESS!
Kit: Well, let's try them on!

Abby: Look at this fur collar!
Crissy: Oh, find me something, Kit!
Kit: I'm looking!

Crissy: Ooh!
Kit: That'll look nice on you Crissy!

Abby: Hahaha, I feel like someone from Little House On The Prairie!
Crissy: Me too!
Kit: Ooh! Look!

Kit: What a pretty dress!

Kit: I think it would fit you Crissy!

Crissy: Wow! I love it! I'll go try it on!

Kit: OH! Abby come look!!!

Kit and Abby: MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crissy: Hey guys, look! What's with all the yelling?

Abby: There's money in the trunk!
Crissy: Oh my goodness! With all these beautiful clothes and the money we can live like queens!
Kit: I can't believe our good fortune!
Crystal: Guys, this is amazing, but I think we should share our good fortune! Let's keep the clothes and donate the money!
All: YES! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you guys liked this! Nobody steal my pictures!

Oh, and by the way, here's an award to go with The Dolly Tag! Oh, and I have a photo story coming up!

Poem A Day April 25!!!

Hi! Here's the poem for today:

Animals

From the horse to the cat, from the dog to the koala, I love them all, even the iguana!
The chinchilla, the gorilla, the list goes on and on, the cheetah, the panda, and the graceful swan!
Some live in the forest, some live in the lake, some live in the jungle, like the snake!
While some kinds are related, they still aren't the same, you can't compare a lion, to something that is tame!

Sadly, that was my last poem, and I'm not sure if I can write more until I'm feeling better, but we'll see!

Life From Fey's Perspective!!!

Hi! Do you know My Dolls' Lives? Well, it's been changed! It's now Life From Fey's Perspective! And here's the new link: perspectiveag.blogspot.com  Or you can click here! Sick!

Hey! I'm sick, so there wasn't any poem yesterday, but I'll post today's later. Also I didn't go to the thrift shop yesterday. :(

Tuesday

Poem A Day April 23!!!

Hi! Here's the poem:

Radios

Radios here, radios there, radios everywhere even in the lair!
They're taking over the house, they scared away the mouse!
These radios are pretty, they really belong in the city!
But I couldn't do without them, they're like a flower on my stem.
My dad likes to fix things, especially if they ring or ting!
The radios are his best work, they'd make you sit up with quite a jerk!

My dad's job is fixing up antique radios and clocks! Here's his radio website: CLICK ME!!!
You should look at some of his photos, he's really good!

Monday

Poem A Day April 22!!!

Happy Earth Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's a poem:

Stars

Starlight, in the sky tonight, you're so beautiful in my sight.
Polaris guides the lost, at absolutely no cost.
The Man In The Moon is a pleasant sight, but one that can only be seen at night.
I look at the sky, in it's beautiful haze, and wonder how God made it in only a day...

Hope you like it! What's your favorite so far?

Sunday

Poem A Day April 21!!!

Hey guys! Here's today's poem:

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are sweet, and good to eat, the frosting is quite a treat.
You gobble them down with lots of zest, they're so filling you save the rest!
They're like muffins with extra pizzazz, you can even eat them while listening to jazz!
People work hard on their decorations, just to have them wolfed down by nations!

I hope you like it! I didn't watch Chrissa Stands Strong last night, but I probably will tonight!

Saturday

Tag!!!

Hey guys! I made up a tag! I'm hoping that it will get around like the Violets and Daisies tag! So put your hands together for...

The Dolly Tag!!!

Questions:

1. If you could create any American Girl doll, what would she look like, and what would her name be?

2. What American Girl dolls do you have?

I have Kit Kittredge!

3. Do you have any non-AG 18 inch dolls?

5. What is the next doll (AG or non-AG) that you want to get?

Poem A Day April 20th!!!

Hey guys! I'm going to start a new thing called Poem A Day!!! It will go on every day until I run out of poems, then it will depend how often I'll write one, but I'll probably continue it every day then too!!! Here's today's:

Teddy Bear

Teddy bear, teddy bear, you've got fur instead of hair!
You cannot run, or jump, or swim, but you're much more then a whim.
I stuffed you on my very own, and now you've got yourself a home!
To dance and play with other bears, 'cause now you haven't got a care!

I hope you guys liked that! Just so you know I was referring to my Build-A-Bears when I said "I stuffed you on my very own"! I have 4 poems left, but I'll write some more either tonight or tomorrow morning!

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GUESS WHAT?!!!! My mom and my sister went to a thrift store, and they found An American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soooooooooo excited! I'll probably watch it tonight, I might invite my friends who loan me AG clothes to watch it with me!!!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!

Friday

Another Poem!!!!!!!

Hey guys! Since everybody seemed to like my doll poem I decided to share another:

Horses

Wild, majestic, running free, horses are so dear to me! They run, they jump, they're just so cute, I'd even have a big dispute if someone said, "Ugh! A filly." I'd tell them that they were quite silly! They definitely haven't met a horse, or seen them run around a course, for if they had, I'm sure they'd say, "I want a horse, this very day!"

What do you think? Want another? :)

Poem!!!

Hi! Here is a poem I wrote:

I am obsessed with dolls. You can find them in shopping malls.
I love the brand American Girl, it gives me quite a whirl!
Like when you go on the website, you may just think it's "alright".
But to me it's more then that. You can even buy a hat!
The only problem is the prices, they should really make some slices.
So that people don't have to squeal, when the see the price of Cecile!

This poem is the property of Dollygirl from Dollygirl's Treasures. Please don't steal it.
Would you guys like to see some more?

Giveaway!!!

Hey guys! Check out an awesome giveaway at Danielle's Blog by clicking here!!!

Isn't it beautiful?

Thursday

Doll Swing!!!

Hey! My dad and me made a doll swing!!!

Isn't it cute?

Here's how you put it together:

Step 1. Get a piece of wood the where about two dolls could sit on it
Step 2. Spray paint it
Step 3. Have an adult drill two holes in each end
Step 4. String some twine through and tie them in two knots at the top, so you have two loops
Step 5. Hang it on a tree
Step 6. Strap your doll on with rubber bands
Tell me if you make it! Or if you need a tutorial post with pictures showing you how to put it together!

Here it is from the back! My mom made the top and shorts, I made the head-kerchief, and the shoes are from Springfield!

I love it! Thanks Dad!!!!!!!!!

Wednesday

Award!!!

Hey guys! Autumn at Onedolloutthere awarded me the Violets and Daisies Brilliant Blog Bouquet award!!!

Thanks Autumn!!!

Now for the questions!

1. If you could have a "flower pen name" like we have here on our blog, Violets and Daisies what would it be?

Ooh, well, Violet and Daisy would be my first choices, as those are my favorite flowers, but seeing as those are taken I'd have to say Lily! :)

2. What is your favorite ever Bible verse and why?
I like all of them!

                                     3. What are the blogs which inspire you most?

That's SO tough! Well, to name only a few of my favorites (I'm sorry if your not on here, I just took some of my favorites who had recently posted) probably Doll Diaries, American Girl Fan, Onedolloutthere, Doll Delight, The Dollies Delight, Never Too Old For Dolls, My Froggy Stuff, My American Girl's Story, My Dolls' Lives, and American Girl #1 Fans!

4. If you and your friends could visit any country in the world, where would you go?

Um...probably somewhere with an AG store, though it depends where everyone else wants to go, because that would include my friends and my family so probably as long as there's an AG store I'm happy!

Now to award five blogs! This is going to be tough, tons of people have already been nominated!

1. Maria
5. Dally

Ok guys, please do what I did!

My Story!!!!

Hi! Here is my story! But please don't anyone steal it, I worked extremely hard on it. And please don't criticize it, I know a lot of punctuation and stuff is wrong but I wrote this a while ago. Oh, and if you don't understand something, feel free to comment and ask me!

Meet Denise!
Chapter One

“Bye Amy!” Denise Teller shouted as the bus rolled away from the school. “Bye Denise!” Amy Frad shouted back “See you tomorrow!” Denise slouched in the hard bus-seat “I wish I had a real friend.” She thought “Not just a school friend, a real friend who lives in my neighborhood and comes over almost every day! We would go to the same school, come home together, and have sleepovers.” She sighed; there were no kids in Denise’s neighborhood or even close. She was tired of being an only child. “I’m home!” Denise yelled as she walked into her house. “Go to your room dear, their’s something waiting.” Her mother called. She walked down the hall and went in to her room; there were two girls in her bedroom!
The older girl was trying to wrestle one of Denise’s Happi-Time dolls out of the younger girl’s fists. “I want it!!!” The little girl screamed, “Um, hi” the older girl said looking up. “I’m Amanda Knew and this is my sister Debbie.” she continued. “Uh, hi” Denise said, “I’m Denise Teller.” “I know, your mom told me, I’m sorry Debbie is trying to chew your dolls,” Amanda continued “She hasn’t managed to hurt any yet. Oh, I hope you don’t mind, I was reading your book.” she said blushing and pointing to the bed. Denise looked. On the bed was her copy of Nancy Drew Secret of the Old Clock. “Do you like it?” she asked “Yes I do! By the way, I’m nine how old are you?” Amanda asked. “I’m nine too.” Denise responded. “Well, you girls seem to be getting along!” Denise’s mother said from the doorway. “Yes, they have,” said a women who Denise guessed was Amanda’s mother “But my angels, we need to get going.” She announced “Aw, mom!” Amanda cried “You will see Denise tomorrow, now come along! Thank you for having us Rosemary.” She said “Your very welcome, see you tomorrow.” Denise’s mother said as she closed the door.

Chapter Two

“Mother, what did you mean by see you tomorrow?” Denise asked the minute they were gone. “You are going over to spend the day with Amanda while Elaine and I are at the Ladies Bazaar meeting.” Her mother said in a matter of fact way. “I am?” Denise said in surprise “Yes darling, but you liked Amanda didn’t you?” Denise thought about the way Amanda had been trying to protect her stuff from her little sister, she thought about the way Amanda had started Nancy Drew. “Yes I do like her.” She declared “I can’t wait for tomorrow!”
**********
Denise’s mother pulled up in front of a large gray house. “Here we are honey,” her mother said. Denise opened the door and got out, she and her mother walked up the gravel drive, they rang the doorbell and almost immediately the door was flung open by Amanda, “Come on in,” she said. They walked into the pretty and elegantly furnished house, “What a pretty house,” Denise’s mother remarked, “Thank you,” Amanda said stiffly “But I will be glad to move out,” Denise opened her mouth in surprise but at that moment Amanda’s mother rushed down the stairs. “Hello Rosemary! And hello Denise.” “Hello,” Denise replied, “Well, we will be going now,” Denise’s mother said, “Yes goodbye Amanda! And goodbye Denise!” Amanda’s mother said as she closed the door. “Well,” Denise said “Now they’re gone.” “Yes!” Amanda said with a sudden smile, “They’re gone,” and at that she grabbed Denise’s arm and started pulling her towards the stairs. “I hate this house,” Amanda said suddenly “It’s too fancy and big and strange,” “How long have you lived here?” Denise asked, “Three years,” Amanda said with a scowl, “Three horrible years. It’s always felt like prison in this house.” Then suddenly Amanda cheered up, “Mama said I could tell you today the surprise.” “Surprise?” Denise asked, “Yes!” said Amanda, who was beaming. “The surprise is… I’m moving three doors down from you!” Denise stood still in shock, but then she too started beaming, “You are?!” “Yup!” Amanda said “Into that beautiful little yellow house three doors down from you!” “Really?”
Denise exclaimed “That’s wonderful!” “I know,” Amanda said with a huge smile on her face “That’s why we were at your house,” Amanda explained, “Because we looked at the house, we all liked it, and we dropped in to tell your mother the good news!” she said with a little twirl of excitement “I can’t believe it!” Denise said as she gave a little twirl too, “Only the other day I was wishing for a real friend in my neighborhood!” The girls giggled and twirled until they were dizzy.

Chapter Three

“Well,” Amanda’s mother said as they walked into the house, “You two seem to be having a good time.” The two girls giggled as they looked up from their game of pick up sticks. “Well honey I’m sorry but we need to get going.” Denise’s mother said, “Aw,” Denise said unhappily “Well, I’ll see you tomorrow Denise!” Amanda said with a happy smile. “Tomorrow?” Denise said in surprise, “What’s tomorrow?” “I’m moving in tomorrow!” Amanda said with a big grin, “Really?” Denise said happily “That’s great!” “I know!” Amanda said with a huge smile.

***************************************
“Amanda!” Denise shrieked as she spotted her friend. “Denise!” Amanda shrieked back. Denise hopped on her bike and pedaled down to the pretty yellow house that Amanda was standing next to, “I can’t believe its happening!” Amanda said the second Denise got there.  “Why, hello Denise,” Amanda’s mother said, then Denise spotted a pretty blue bike being unloaded from the moving truck. “You ride a bike?” she asked Amanda, “Yes!” Amanda replied, “Mother, could Denise and I go for a ride?” “Alright,” her mother agreed, “As long as you’re careful.” In a matter of seconds Denise was flying down the sidewalk with Amanda at her side. “What school do you go to?” Amanda asked suddenly, “Evergreen Academy.” Denise replied, Amanda gasped and Denise looked at her in surprise. “That’s where I’m going to go next week!” Amanda said with a huge smile, “Really?” Denise said happily, “That’s wonderful!” “Yes,” Amanda agreed, “Then we can be school friends as well as best friends!” Denise just stood there in shock, “How wonderful,” Denise thought, “To have a friend whose my school friend as well as my best friend!” “Well,” Amanda’s voice brought her down to earth, “We should be starting back, my mother must be getting worried.” “Ok,” Denise said, still in her happy daze, “I’m just so happy to have you as my best friend.”
